Yes, all our packages come beautifully presented in good quality gift packaging.
Yes, absolutely. Once you select the gift hamper you want to purchase, you can select a card and write your own message before checking out.
Yes, we take up bulk orders for corporate gifting and all personal events like weddings, birthdays etc for as less as MOQ of 30.
Yes, we can customize brand labels on the gift hampers based on a MOQ of 50.
We accept credit, debit & UPI payments. We also offer COD with a no exchange/return policy, However customised and bulk orders will be informed based on requirement.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All our orders take about 3-5 days to deliver based on your location. However, customized and bulk orders might take longer (10-12 days).
Yes we deliver our gifts throughout india, with exceptions to certain remote areas.
Yes, we do same day delivery for only orders within the Hyderabad region at the moment if the orders are placed before 12 Noon.
As we have a third party shipping company, shipping & delivery is not in our hands. So we don’t do specific date delivery.
Yes, we take up international orders upon special request.
We offer free shipping for all orders above 1999/-

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
We do not offer any cancellations of orders. For more details , Please refer to the our policies section.
We do offer you a 3-Day Replacement Guarantee on defective or wrong items delivered. All we would need is pictures of the damaged products.

It takes 2-3 days to refund the amount. And 4-8 to showcase in your account.
However, refunds are only for the product that falls under the refund policy. Also, we do not provide cancellation.
